Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the unworn goods within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund.

If you need to return an item it needs to be in its original and unused condition, original packaging and your receipt. You will need to quote the return number customer services will provide for you.

For your own benefit, when returning an item/s direct toZe-Bra Lingerie, we suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit. Returned items are at the customers own expense, until Ze-Bra Lingerie receive the item Ze-Bra Lingerie take no responsibility for lost postage. This is why we recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery, for any returned items.

We cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages

We provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or be unsatisfied with an item received on the following conditions:

If any items in your order prove to be faulty, please return the items to us with a copy of the delivery note; also indicate whether you would like to receive a refund or an exchange. Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
