The terms and conditions for use of the Ze-Bra website are detailed below and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.
Please note, any use of this website or purchase made through this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Online Shopping
We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read the following: Orders, Delivery Information and Returns Policy. These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order.
Orders
Once you have completed an online purchase, we will send you an email confirming the order details and our acceptance of your order. At that point a binding agreement will exist between us under these terms and conditions. We will take payment for your order immediately and goods will not be dispatched until receipt of payment. Whilst we are under no obligation to accept your order, we would normally do so where (i) the product is available, (ii) the order reflects current pricing and (iii) your credit card/debit card payment is approved by your credit card/debit card company. Unfortunately we cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18, and all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail).
Delivery Terms
When can I expect my orders to arrive?
Your order will usually be with you in 2 to 3 days. Any product that is out of stock will be ordered and delivered to you within 14 days unless otherwise advised. We feel this is in your best interest. Product ownership shall pass to you once we have received payment in full and product is dispatched.
Delivery Address
All deliveries will be made to you at the addresses specified by you in the order. If you are unavailable a card should be left so you can collect your parcel from a local collection point.
Why would my contact address be different to my delivery address?
In some instances you might want your items to be delivered to a different address where someone will be able to accept the goods during normal working hours. Or if the items are intended for a gift you may wish to have the goods delivered directly to the gift recipient but have the receipt sent to your own address.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
You may only track an order that has been dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery and if a consignment number has been provided. To track the order after it is dispatched simply sign-in to your account information page and then click on "track a recent order". If a consignment number appears against your order, simply click on the number and you will be directed to the Royal Mail web-site where you can see the delivery status of your order.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the unworn goods within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund.
If you need to return an item it needs to be in its original and unused condition accompanied by the gift box, original packaging and your receipt. You will need to quote the return number customer services will provide for you.
For your own benefit, when returning an item/s direct to Ze-Bra Lingerie, we suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit. Returned items are at the customers own expense, until Ze-Bra Lingerie receive the item Ze-Bra Lingerie take no responsibility for lost parcels. This is why we recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery, for any returned items.
We provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or be unsatisfied with an item received on the following conditions:
If any items in your order prove to be faulty, please return the items to us with a copy of the delivery note; also indicate whether you would like to receive a refund or an exchange. Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
The above does not affect your statutory rights.
